Danielle focuses on legal recruitment of attorneys at all levels for many of the top Am Law 100 and 200 firms, as well as in-house legal departments across all sectors. Prior to founding The Merker Group, she practiced law for nine years in New York City — experience that gives her unmatched insight into what attorneys and firms truly need from a search.
She also worked at one of the world's leading legal recruitment firms, placing candidates into law firms and companies across various industries. Her background gives her a uniquely informed perspective on both sides of every search.

Kevin focuses on establishing and deepening relationships with law firms and corporations nationwide. He provides the strategic direction and market positioning of The Merker Group, and is astute in understanding organizational structures, internal challenges, and navigating the nuances that exist across clients.
He founded and operated his own ecommerce business for 10 years before co-founding The Merker Group, and graduated with honors from Babson College with a degree in Marketing and Economics.
